  • Minor Subdivisions in Gransville

    Two minor subdivisions are being proposed in Grantsville. One of the subdivisions would be at 286 East Durfee Street, and would divide one parcel into two lots. The other proposed subdivision is at approximately 465 Old Lincoln Highway, to divide one parcel into four lots.

  • 300-home subdivision proposed in Grantsville

    Grantsville Estates LLC is proposing to build nearly 300 homes on 200 acres in Grantsville. Joe Cange wants to put half-acre lots on 120 acres and one acre lots on 80 acres.

  • Utah Housing Corporation, Tooele School District team up for affordable housing

    Utah Housing Corporation and the Tooele School District are excited to host an open house for their most recent collaborative effort to provide brand new, affordable housing in Grantsville. Utah Housing Corporation partners with schools and students to provide the ECHO (Educationally Constructed Housing Opportunities) program that helps Utah's families into well-built, affordable homes.  
     
    The public is invited to the open house on Thursday, May 21, at 11 a.m. at 569 E.
