  • (Deseret News) U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved an auction of executive townhomes and lots scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at 3170 Highway 191, Moab.

    The auction is the result of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy by the developer. Three townhomes and lots for future homes will be auctioned.

    A public preview is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both today and Wednesday, Oct. 21. Photos and auction terms are available at www.salesandauction.com. The auction will be conducted by Salt Lake-based Erkelen & Olson Auctioneers.
     

  • A seminar for owners of manufactured homes will take place from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at the Moab Public Library.

    The third of several statewide seminars is free and open to the public. It is being presented by the Utah Housing Coalition, Utah Manufactured Homeowners Action Group and Utah Resident Owned Communities.
