  • (The Enterprise) WinCo Foods of Boise has purchased 8.5 acres at 1200 West and 800 North in Orem with the intent of building its fourth Utah store. The firm has already started construction on stores in Midvale, West Valley and Roy and is looking for other potential sites throughout the state. The property in Orem was purchased with the assistance of Commerce  CRG.

  • The site plan was approved for an office building at 4000 S. Midland Drive in Roy. The 9100-square-foot building will house Roy Family Dental and will be available for other tenants. The building will be located on .89 acres. Don Frederickson is the developer.

  • Roy City is working on a new space for its Boys and Girls Club. The Hope Community Center will be a two-story, 55,320-square-foot building, immediately west of the city building. It will house the Boys and Girls Club on the lower level and the Senior Citizens Center on the upper level. Building will begin this summer.

  • Row-G Inc. plans to develop self-service storage units at approximately 5193 S. 2700 West in Roy on 1.35 acres. Roy City Council will review the conditional use proposal.
