Weber County

  • The Weber County Planning Commission approved the master plan for 46.14 acres at 3600 N. Highway 40. Mike Christensen with JT Wasatch Commons LLC proposed to build 224 apartments, 324,085 square feet of commercial, office and hotel space.

  • Warrens of Roy and Riverdale opened a new Syracuse restaurant earlier this month. The new $1.4 million, 3,500-square-foot facility is located at 1778 S. 1000 West in Syracuse. Kirk Dean is owner of Warrens as well as Dylan’s in Ogden and Kaysville.
     
    Harley and Bucks Grill of Eden will relocate to the Wolf Creek Utah clubhouse.
  • Developers of Saddleback Village in western Weber County were granted additional density by the Weber County Commission. Phil Hancock, the developer for Saddleback Village, plans to build 170 lots in unincorporated Weber County. Hancock is also involved in the West Haven Destination Development.
