Getting Paid

The Associated Builders and Contractors of Utah is sponsoring the "Getting Paid" presentation by David Zimmerman and Melissa Orien of the law firm Holland & Hart. The event will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at the ABC offices, 2130 S. 3140 West, West Valley City. Zimmerman and Orien will discuss laws governing payment for construction work in the Western United States. The cost is $30 for members and $40 for nonmembers. Lunch is included.
