Mid-Rear Real Estate Economic Update

The Annual Summer Symposium Mid-Year Real Estate Economic Update, presented by Wells Fargo Bank, Utah Association of Appraisers and the Counselors of Real Estate, will be from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, at the Grand America Hotel, 555 S. Main, Salt Lake City. Speakers will look at all the major real property types and distressed residential real estate opportunities. Speakers will include, Ed Pierzak of Henderson Global Investors, Kelly Matthews of Wells Fargo, Scott Wilmarth of CB Richard Ellis, Jed Millburn of Apartment Realty Advisors, Troy Hardy of Coldwell Banker Commercial, Gary Wright of Consultant Ivory Homes and James Wood of Utah Bureau of Economic Business Research.
