Seminar to help new homebuyers

(Deseret News) Keller Williams Salt Lake City/The Sperry Team and Bank of America Home Loans will host a free seminar for first-time homebuyers to explain the advantages, programs available and the process of homeownership. The event is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Keller Williams office, 1214 E. Wilmington Ave. The seminar also will explain the roles of the Realtor, mortgage loan officer and title company in a home purchase.
