2 Utah cities on list of improving home markets

The Salt Lake and Provo metropolitan areas have been added to a national list tracking housing markets that are on the upswing.
The National Association of Home Builders says the two areas have rebounded from the depths of the recession in housing permits, employment and house prices for at least six consecutive months.
