A big 'no' to Clearfield mobile home park rezone

CLEARFIELD -- The city's planning commission has backed off a recommendation to eliminate a mobile home residential zone as a future land use in the city. Following more than two hours of comments Wednesday night, commissioners voted on four separate measures to recommend the city council keep the existing zone as a future land use, with some possible revisions in the language of the code.
