I have recently been informed that the Utah Legislature has once again inserted its low opinion of education into our children’s lives by micromanaging how many online credits can be earned by high school students. Senate Bill 65, which passed the general session and was signed into law by Gov. Gary Herbert, restricts the total number of credits that a high school student can achieve.
