Communities monitor floodwaters

Residents in Enterprise remained on alert Wednesday when a tributary to Spring Creek overflowed its banks, and experts on dams continued to monitor an earthen structure preventing water from flooding the town of Rockville as Southern Utah endured yet another day of nearly continuous rain.
