County apartment development peaks, more units coming

New apartment development in Salt Lake County reached its peak earlier this year, with approximately 3,100 units delivered in the last 18 months and about 1,500 of those units delivered in the last six months. Another 1,700 units will be coming online in the next 12 months, according to a Great Salt Lake Apartment Market Mid-Year 2010 report from Apartment Realty Advisors, Salt Lake City.
