Crews working to put Moroni on Mormon temple

Brigham City • More than 1,000 onlookers are watching crews place a gold-leafed Angel Moroni atop the LDS temple under construction on Brigham City’s Main Street.
Winds and rains have delayed the undertaking Tuesday, but workers still plan to accomplish the task.
The temple, being erected across the street from the historic Box Elder Tabernacle, will be the 14th LDS temple in Utah (a 15th is planned in Payson).
Completion is expected next year.
