Depressed prices could be helping historic neighborhood's rebirth

Diving real estate prices and sputtering sales don't appear to have knocked Jacksonville's historic Springfield neighborhood off the road to restoration -- in fact, some Realtors say, the economic downturn could actually be helping more of its 1,800 historic homes return to their original glory.
