District Attorney Lohra Miller soon could seal a downtown real-estate deal that would give Salt Lake County prosecutors a permanent home in Utah’s capital. Although hush-hush on the location, the Republican district attorney announced Tuesday that the property would put prosecutors even closer to the Scott M.
