Florida-based sandwich chain to open 23 restaurants in Utah

Firehouse Subs, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based firehouse-themed sandwich chain founded by firefighters, has entered into a development agreement for 23 new restaurants in and around Salt Lake City, the first of which is scheduled to open before the end of the year and the remainder following within the next several years.
