Home builders press ahead from tough 2009

For home builders along the Wasatch Front, 2009 was one of the worst years ever -- but a step up from a particularly dismal 2008.
Builders took out permits for the construction of 4,337 single-family homes last year, up from a low of 3,992 in 2008.
