Kaysville city cleared of election violation

KAYSVILLE — The Lieutenant Governor’s office — after a lengthy review — has cleared Kaysville City of any election violation relating to accusations that city officials inappropriately used public funds to promote its Nov. 2 bond election to build a police station.
