The Pierce County Sherrif's Office is holding a 3 p.m. MST news conference on its investigation into the deaths of Josh Powell and his young sons.Investigators have said Powell, husband of missing Utah woman Susan Cox Powell, started the fire the killed 7-year-old Charlie and 5-year-old Braden.
