More stores, interactive fountain coming to West Valley City’s Valley Fair Mall

West Valley City • The once-declining Valley Fair Mall continues to make a comeback, economic development officials say.
They say the shopping center, at 3601 S. 2700 West, is seeing more customers, some stores are reporting double digit increases in sales and new businesses are coming in.
Brent Garlick, West Valley City Redevelopment Agency administrator, said last week that there has been a “huge” increase in auto traffic, with an estimated two million auto visits to the mall so far in 2011.
