Multifamily CEOs Paint Bright Industry Future

With interest rates low, apartment starts on the rise, owners pushing rents, and net operating income rising, things are definitely looking up in the multifamily industry. Nowhere was this sense of optimism more apparent at this week’s 2010 Multifamily Executive Conference in Las Vegas than in the comments made by chief executives participating in the keynote panel.
