New history documents Salt Lake City’s Avenues neighborhood

Cevan LeSieur and his wife love the Avenues so much that together they’ve lived in and restored two homes in the neighborhood.
The couple tore out the shag carpet of their second Avenues home, a Craftsman bungalow on Second Avenue, then refinished all the original wood to make it look as authentic as the day in 1908 it was first built.
