New WVC marketplace getting under way

Plans for the Jordan River Marketplace were pushed back earlier this year and were in limbo — until now. West Valley City this week finally handed over 14 vacant acres near the Utah Cultural Celebration Center to Ascent Construction, the project’s developer based in Centerville.
