Some Utah Democrats are none too pleased with whom the Obama administration may pick to become the state’s next U.S. attorney: a Republican. Scott Burns, the former deputy U.S. drug czar and ex-Iron County attorney, is being vetted for the vacant post. Burns declined comment Wednesday, referring calls to the Justice Department, which also would not comment.
