WASHINGTON • President Barack Obama says one of the most important things he can do to create jobs and help U.S. businesses is to open up more markets around the world to American goods.
Warming up for a State of the Union address that is expected to focus on jobs and the economy, Obama said Saturday in his weekly radio and Internet address that getting access to foreign markets is the reason he met with China’s President Hu Jintao at the White House this week.
