Provo council to swear in four new members

Four new Provo Municipal Council members will formally take their seats Tuesday.
Gary Garrett, Gary Winterton, Hal Miller and Kay Van Buren, who were elected in November, will be sworn in at 5 p.m. at the Covey Center for the Arts.
The council will also conduct its regular meeting at 7 p.m. in arts center while the City Center undergoes renovations.
