Salt Lake City rolls dice on funding N. Temple lights

Salt Lake City is plowing ahead on its North Temple “Grand Boulevard” even though area property owners — who will be billed to fund the new, decorative streetlights — have sued to protest the fee.
If the city loses in federal court, it could cost taxpayers up to $1 million to cover the construction bill.
