SL County home, condo sales down 26 percent in August

Existing home and condominium sales in Salt Lake County in August were down 26 percent compared to the same month last year (768 sales vs. 1,036 sales last year). However, August home sales increased 7 percent compared to July's home sales (768 vs. 719 sales in July), according to the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.
