Tour shows off Federal Heights

The Federal Heights mansion built in 1895 by Russell Tracy, the founder of Tracy Loan and Trust, was loaded with Victorian gingerbread flourishes: knobby newel posts, brass banisters, an elaborate crystal chandelier and plaster garlands festooning crown molding.
