Utah’s SkyWest reports 3Q break even results

SkyWest Inc., the parent company of SkyWest Airlines, reported it had operating revenue of $955.4 million for the quarter that ended Sept. 30, compared with $686.9 million for the same period last year.
Third quarter net income was $100,000, or essentially break even per share. But that was down from net income of $25.5 million, or 45 cents per share, for the same period a year ago.
