Will truly ‘Grand Boulevard’ hit dead end?

Salt Lake City hopes North Temple property owners swallow a second, scaled-back pitch to help pay for the beautification of their boulevard — the city’s airport gateway.
But if they oppose chipping in for new lights and maintenance, the envisioned “Grand Boulevard” would look darker and starker for passengers on the planned TRAX route.
