60,000 SF family entertainment center coming to Draper

(The Enterprise) The Factory Stores of America in Draper will be adding a 12-screen movie complex, an 8,000-square-foot restaurant to its site and an entertainment center. America’s Incredible Pizza Co. will also locate on the site with a 60,000-square-foot restaurant and game center. The restaurant will be built in the northern end of the Factory Stores of America building. Demolition will begin immediately, with the goal to open the pizza restaurant by Christmas.

Doug Fielding is the majority shareholder of franchisee Incredible Partners LTD LLC, which owns Factory Stores of America. He is partners with Rick Fielding, president and owner of GBS Benefits, David Sanchez, a real estate investor, and Scott Weaver, a dentist.

Construction of the theater complex should begin in the next two to three months. The restaurant should be open in eight to nine months. Vanity Fair will remain the anchor tenant in the Factory Stores. And Fielding said several higher-end tenants will be added to the mall.

Recently, Incredible Partners sold two acres for the construction of Cowabunga Bay Water Park, which launched in May.
