Auction of townhomes, lots Friday in Moab

(Deseret News) U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved an auction of executive townhomes and lots scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at 3170 Highway 191, Moab.

The auction is the result of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy by the developer. Three townhomes and lots for future homes will be auctioned.

A public preview is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both today and Wednesday, Oct. 21. Photos and auction terms are available at www.salesandauction.com. The auction will be conducted by Salt Lake-based Erkelen & Olson Auctioneers.
