Cache County debates ski resort: Proposed venture draws heady exchange

(Herald Journal) Two Cache Valley business partners are proposing to develop a ski resort east of Richmond.
The men presented their plan to the Cache County Planning Commission on Thursday night before a standing room only crowd at the Historic Courthouse in Logan.
