Ground broken for 60,000 SF food manufacturing plant

(The Enterprise) Construction of a 60,000-square-foot Food for Health International building began in September with the groundbreaking at 3650 W. Ninigret Drive, Salt Lake City. The manufacturing plant will be built on four acres and is expected to be complete in four to five months. The manufacturing facility will be used in place of the company's facility at 391 Orange Street in Salt Lake City. The new building will be 20 percent larger. Tom Stuart Construction is general contractor on the new plant. James Williams of AE URBIA designed the building. Zions Bank provided the financing. Tom Freeman of Commerce CRG and Coldwell Banker assisted in the purchase of the property.
