Little to lead Utah Association of Realtors

(The Enterprise) The Utah Association of Realtors has installed its 2010 officers.

Lerron Little, broker/owner of Capstone Real Estate in Provo, is president; Kenny Parcell, a sales agent with Re/Max Results in Spanish Fork is president-elect; Lori Chapman, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Premier in St. George, is vice president; and Cal Mussleman, a sales agent with Century 21 Golden Spike in Sunset, is Treasurer.

Each of the officers will serve a one-year term on the association’s executive committee, representing more than 13,000 Realtors in Utah.

Lerron Little has sold real estate for 15 years and has previously served as the association’s president elect and vice president. In 2007, he served a term as president of the Utah County Association of Realtors. He received Realtor of the Year award from the organization in 2004, and has been featured as a top agent in Utah Valley magazine for the past six years.
