New distribution center in West Valley

(The Enterprise) Thrift Recycling Management is planning on opening a distribution center on Nov. 2 in West Valley City. The company has leased a 4,800-square-foot warehouse with the help of Bob and Josh Mills of Commerce CRG. It is an ideal location for the company, as the President Jeff McMulling lives in Salt Lake City. The online book reseller currently employs approximately 250 people and plans to hire between 10 and 15 new employees to staff the West Valley center. In 2004, Thrift Recycling Management became the largest online book reseller in the United States. Thrift Recycling Management collects books from thrift stores and used book stores and sells them to multiple online retailers like Amazon.com, Half.com, and Barnes & Noble.
