Kearns Building

A variety of areas are examined during competition, including the building's operations and maintenance, energy conservation, environmental, emergency preparedness and tenant relations.

Competition was extremely fierce this year. Our region had a record number of participants; 37 buildings in 14 categories entered from across Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada.

While we made a valiant showing at Region with our six buildings, all we consider a tribute to the property management community who work hard to showcase their properties; it was The Kearns Building, managed by Shake' Agaronyan who won the Historical Category and will advance to compete at the BOMA International Competition held June 27-29 in Long Beach, Calif.

Now is the time to get started on the 2011 TOBY's. If you are considering entering your building or want more information, please contact Renee Schmid, Dave Robertson or Dave Shepard.
