1,200-unit residential development considered for Cedar City

Chuck Marshall is considering a master plan community on 206 acres in Cedar City. Marshall has proposed building 1,200 residential units near 2400 North Lund Highway. There would also be a possibility for commercial development. The project is in the preliminary planning process. Ron Larson is the engineer.
