140-acre subdivision

Sage Communities is proposing a subdivision of 158 residential units on approximately 140 acres in Eagle Mountain. The project would include 6.1 acres of parks and approximately 88 acres of native open space. Approximately 20 acres of the project would need to be annexed into the city.
