Approval given for Utah Cultural Celebration Center subdivision

West Valley City approved preliminary and final plat for the Utah Cultural Celebration Center subdivision. Two lots were created for the city to sell to Jordan River Marketplace, a new international development that will have retail and commercial development. The plat consists of three lots on 24.2 acres and is located at approximately 1300 W. 3300 South.
