Assisted living center proposed in Mapleton

The Canyon Meadows Assisted Living Center, a 48,441-square-foot facility, has been proposed in Mapleton. Matt Brady, an assistant planner, said the development will be located on the southeast corner of 800 South and Highway 89. Gordon and Ryan Livingston, the developers, are also planning four commercial pad sites for the project.
