Condo project approved in Garden City

Garden City granted final approval for phase three of the Season's, a condominium project at 100 N. 100 West in Garden City. Phase three will include the construction of the clubhouse, pool and other amenities. When complete, the project will have 10 buildings, totalling 58 units. Rod Thompson of Logan is the developer.
