Council approves construction of In-N-Out Burger

The West Valley City Council gave final approval May 5 for the construction of In-N-Out Burger, known for its simple menu and good food. The burger joint will replace the Big-O tire store located on the corner of 2700 West and 3500 South. Ground breaking will begin in June, with an expected opening in late September or early October. West Valley Journal
