Estate subdivision planned for Kaysville

Old Farm at Kays Creek subdivision received preliminary approval from the Kaysville Planning Commission. Now Chad Bessinger, the builder on the development, is waiting for approval from Kaysville City. The development will sit on nearly 37 acres near Phillips Street. The estate-style homes will be built on lots between 20,000 and 73,000 square feet. Financing for the project is not yet firm.
