Guadalupe Charter School expresses interest in city property

The Guadalupe Charter School is interested in purchasing 3.17 acres of Rose Park Golf Course property, approximately 1200 West between 1300 North and 1400 North, from Salt Lake City to build a new school. If the city decides to sale the property, the acquired funds would be used to purchase 2.64 acres on Redwood Road south of the Rose Park Golf Course practice Range. The purchase of this property would allow the city to lengthen and improve the practice range.
