Industrial development planned for Vineyard

A conditional use permit and site plan was approved for a 2.44-acre industrial development that will consist of office, manufacturing and warehouse space. There will be two phases of this project. It will be located at 331 E. 1750 North. The warehouse and manufacturing will be 15,800 square foot, the office 5,800 square feet, totaling 21,600 square feet. The second phase will be on the east half of the lot for future development. The developer is Mark Wadsworth of Wadsworth, LLC.
