Ivory Homes is seeking approval for Phase 4 and 5 of its Mountain View development in Woods Cross. Phase 4 will add 17 lots and a park area to the neighborhood. Phase 5 will add another 16 lots. Ivory will build single family homes in the area, adding onto the approximately 50 homes that were built in the first three phases of the development. Construction on Phase 4 and 5 will begin as soon as the company can receive approval from Woods Cross City Council.
Ivory Homes is also making plans to expand the north end of the Mountain View development with additional townhomes, said Tim Stephens, Woods Cross city planner. The home builder is currently building townhomes in the same area and is ready to move into Phase 2 to add similar structures, he said.
