Lofts at Meadowbrook tabled by planning commission

South Salt Lake Planning Commission tabled the approval of the Lofts at Meadowbrook, a mixed-use subdivision at 3808 S. West Temple, until its next meeting May 7. Derek Whetten, an independent contractor, has proposed to develop the project with space for offices, 80 apartment units and 34 residential condos in the first phase. Phase 2 will add additional offices and condos. According to the planning commission staff report, Whetten is still looking for financing.
