Mapleton approves office building

Mapleton City approved the project plan for the construction of a 6,700-square-foot building. The building will be located at 1641 W. Alvey Drive in the Alvey Industrial Park. The development will be built to suit, either as warehouse, office or retail space. Don Bleggi is the developer.
